The Columbus Township Trustee will be providing 50 families who reside in Columbus Township with a 50 dollar Walmart gift card.

Registration Details

Residents may register by visiting the Columbus Township Trustee Office and completing a short entry form.

Registration Dates:
December 1, 2025 through December 15, 2025

Office Hours:
9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Monday through Friday

The first 50 families to complete registration will be selected.

Notification

Families selected to receive a gift card will be notified by phone or email with details regarding the pick up date and time.
